This project focuses on developing an advanced system that prepares both the driver and the vehicle for road trips, adapting to changing conditions. Key features include monitoring external light levels for optimal driving light use, checking tire pressure for vehicle health, and tracking mileage for timely oil and tire changes. The system operates seamlessly through a dashboard interface with real-time weather updates and automatic adjustments for AC/heating and LED lights. The integration of sensors and technology ensures no user input is needed while driving, enhancing safety and convenience.

Objective • To build a system that ensures that both the driver and the car are prepared for a trip and changes that may occur during the trip • Weather/Time of Day (measures external light levels to advise on the use of driving lights) • Car Health (monitors tire pressure) • Planning(monitors mileage to inform on oil and tire changes)
Plan • Ambient system on dashboard • No user input needed while driving • Weather info collected real-time • Automatic adjustments • Detection of daylight/night • AC/heat • LED lights/light sensor/Arduino board • Toy car as enclosure
