Empowering Workplace Representation through Delegates and Industry Groupings

Our delegates actively represent members in their workplaces, forming a robust committee that addresses enterprise-wide issues. The bargaining team, elected from industry groupings, ensures that every member's voice is heard. Convenors represent their respective sectors on the executive board, advocating for equitable representation, including that of Māori members. This well-governed union meets every two years to set policy, elect leadership, and determine the overall strategic direction, fostering cross-sector collaboration and addressing common interests through Te Runanga O Nga Toa Awhina.
