  2. Welcome I would like to personally welcome you to our National Sales Team. This is a very exciting time at IMC our advertising and database gathering program is selling all over the world and professionals like yourself are seeing the incredible opportunity our company offers both income and residual.

  3.   We are very happy that you have decided to be a part of IMC’S National Sales Team. As a member of our team we are confident that your professionalism and expertise will be a huge asset to our program. Our full resources are at your disposal to help insure your success. Below is information that will assist you in expediting the process for you to get ready to start marketing our incredible program and starting you on a path to financial success.

  4. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?   Within a few days of coming aboard our support department will be contacting you by email with items that you need to set up your business. You will receive an email containing your texting back office login, you receive unlimited incoming texts for database building and 500 minutes of outgoing texts. Your personal URL to access your dashboard. Your personal username, password and keyword. Once signed in Dash Board Training Videos are available for training. There will also be an activation date letting you know that your total system has been activated. Because we use Mail Chimp for communicating with our directors you may receive a marketing email from them, disregard that email as they are soliciting you.

  5. CODE TO YOUR BACK OFFICE: YourSuccess   To view the back office contents go to the LOGIN button at the top of the IMC site, click and put in the password. It is important to view the contents often as we add things periodically that will help you in marketing.

  6. CODE TO AD SUBMISSION: AdSuccess At the top of the IMC site there is a button that all sales and business owners use to place their advertising requests. Directors once you receive your demo in the mail and wish to place a 50 character or less call to action message with or without a business logo you would do so by filling in the appropriate buttons on the form and submitting it. Your request will be filled within a few days or less based on the time and day you request it. This is the same area that you would show a business owner during your presentation. Once an ad is submitted you will receive confirmation that the ad is ready.

  7. SUPPORT CONTACT INFORMATION On the IMC site scroll down to Strategic Mobile Advertising, click on the word Presentation. The first slide gives you contact information for the different offices at the IMC office.

  8. WEBINARS / TRAINING There are webinars each week that you may want to attend, the information for you to attend is located in the back office, click on the webinar button. The webinars are Tuesday and Thursday morning 10 AM EST, The call in number is 202-602-1295. Before the call go to join.me, right before the call you will receive an email with the code to enter in to join meeting. That number will also be repeated at the beginning of the call.Before each call you will hear music followed by and introduction then training.Sales directors are welcome to email in questions the day before the call to be answered on the call, email them to coachrustydillon@aol.com. The webinars are recorded and in the back office that day for those who need to view it at a later date. Because we have so many new sales directors coming aboard we occasionally have additional training, you will be notified by email if that takes place.

  9. SETTING UP YOUR BUSINESS • There are several things you need to do to get ready to market IMC. If you are part of a team and have a team leader contact your team leader for instructions on processing your sales. If you are an independent sales director contact Rusty Dillon for processing instructions. If you are on a team you must process your sales through the team lead website. • Be sure to download the site and presentation to a laptop or IPad. If you do not have one assemble a presentation booklet using slides from the presentation, the presentation can be found on the Strategic Mobile Advertising page. Be sure to use a quality binder and quality paper when making copies. Having a professional appearance is necessary. • Please be sure to learn as much product knowledge as possible, leaving out any of the incredible features of our program could be critical. Remember after the sale your business owner will receive training from IMC, during training the business owner will be trained on all the benefits.

  10. PROCESSING SALES When you are processing sales remember if you are on a team you process your sale through your team leaders site. Your team leader site has a button at the top 'PURCHASE DEVICE', the first form you see is the purchase order, once submitted the monthly recurring form will pop up.

  11. PERSONAL TRAINING   During the time you are setting up your business it’s important that you attend the webinars as well as listen to the past training that is located in the back office. Additional training is available by Coach Rusty. To schedule that training, email Coach Rusty to set up a time and day.

  12. TURNING ON YOUR DEVICE When you receive your device it is easy to turn on. There is a small on / off switch on the side of the device, turn on and hold for 5 seconds. Your will see a quick blinking light that lets you know it’s active.

  13. SETTING UP YOUR PHONE FOR DEMONSTRATIONS One of the most dynamic features of our program is being able to magically show a business owner in real time face to face how easy it is to gather data and store it for future advertising. To do this your phone will automatically be set up with our amazing call to action 50 character advertising message with a logo on your phone along with the data gathering form that we provide to you. Once this is set up you will be able to demonstrate to a business owner the power of our Program.

  14. W9 Once you are set up and are ready to market please go to the back office and fill out your W9. Email it to innovativemarketingconceptimc@gmail.com. A W9 must be turned in before you can be paid.

  15. PRICING FOR DEVICES   One of the great parts of our program is our fixed costs on the device and the residual. The suggested retail for each device is between $550.00 and $750.00 per device. Because our cost is fixed each salesperson has the opportunity to negotiate the price because anything over cost is commission. If a business owner wants to purchase multiple units the salesperson can give a discount. Because there is a fixed cost on the monthly the same applies. In the process of the sale and if the device needs to be shipped please remember that you must charge the client the shipping costs at the time of sale. Those costs can be found on the USPS site.

  16. CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM   Being an independent contractor / director for IMC is on a month to month basis. At any time  if a director wishes to cancel their program with IMC they simply need to send an email to innovativemarketingconceptimc@gmail.com, 30 day notice of cancelation is required. Once a director becomes part of the IMC program there can be no refunds of any monies paid to IMC due to expenses incurred by IMC for the set up and activation of the directors demo device, QR Scan codes and key words, text URL, dashboard and artwork.
