  7. Bread, Rice and Pasta Bread, rice and pasta are good for your health. Just like a car you need energy to move. Bread, rice and pasta give your body energy for sports and exercise. They also give your brain energy to think. Meat and Seafood Meat and seafood help your body to grow bigger and stronger. They are important for strong muscles.
