Benefits • Allows Intel suppliers of goods and services to dynamically change payment terms allowing quicker payment in exchange for a discount • Allows suppliers more options and flexibility relative to payment terms • Offered discounts can vary determined by the number of days selected by the supplier • Discounts do not need to be pre-negotiated in advance, but can be determined at time of invoice based on working capital needs • Provides flexibility in payment terms without comprising Supplier contracts

  3. Websuite Overview • This web invoice method will allow suppliers to request faster payments in exchange for discounts at the time they submit their invoices. Options for variable payment terms and discounts will be available on this application. • No changes to our business processes (AP or Procurement) is expected when this method is employed by our suppliers. • Most common method used by suppliers to request a change in payment terms.

  8. Payment Tracker • A request to change payment termswill also be available through use of this application available to all suppliers. • The Payment Tracker will requires some manual intervention but still offers a means for suppliers to better manage their cash flow.
