Bugs the Bunny. Mansee Gupte-Chattejee. Once upon a time in Junglewood , there was a bunny who was very sad because he had long sloppy ears. His name was Bugs the Bunny. He did not like himself and hated his long sloppy ears.

  2. Once upon a time in Junglewood, there was a bunny who was very sad because he had long sloppy ears. His name was Bugs the Bunny. He did not like himself and hated his long sloppy ears.

  3. One day he thought-“I will hang upside down for few days then my ears would be the right way then I will also think of a way to reduce my ear size. I just don’t like myself”

  4. Then he heard a voice. It was a Kuhu the bird. “Whatchadoin?’” asked Kuhu the bird.

  5. Bugs said “Well I don’t like my long sloppy ears so I am hanging upside down by which my ears will be straight then I will think of a way to reduce my ear size. If I have small straight ears I will like myself and then feel special.”

  6. Kuhu said “Oh I understand. But do you know this world is filled with speakers and very few listeners. You are actually privileged to have long ears so that you can listen to everyone and improve your skills of listening and then finally be a good listener. We birds cannot listen as we don’t have ears..But we are also special because we can fly. Everyone has good qualities and bad qualities. We need to focus on our good qualities. Remember we all are unique and special. Do things that make you feel special”

  7. “Oh” said bugs the bunny, you are right..I am special because I have long ears and I will make use of it to be a good listener”.

  8. He flopped down and he ran to tell the other bunnies what he had found out about being special.

  9. I am SPECIAL because…. • I look different • I look beautiful • I am kind • My parents love me • Everyone loves me • I am good at sports • I am excellent in dancing/ singing • I care for everyone • I help people around me • I always smile • I am always happy and positive. • I go to school • I am ME
