  2. Hypothesis Page one: state your hypothesis

  3. Organism Details: • A very specific profile of your organism to be modeled. The basic ingredients that will undergo some mechanism of evolution. You have the option of creating your own hypothetical population or modeling an actual population.

  4. Environment: • A description of the environmental conditions your population exists in and is subjected to.

  5. Population Change: • An explanation of the mechanisms of evolution your population will be subjected to. A qualitative and quantitative description of your biological system. What allele(s) will be subjected to change?

  6. Generational Highlights: • Detailed information regarding any highlights of each generation.

  7. Graphs: Should be a comprehensive representation of your mathematical model of evolution. At least the beginning, middle and end generations should be represented. Brief explanations of each graph must be included.

  8. Conclusion: • A detailed, in depth explanation of your mathematical model written in thoughtful and comprehensive paragraphs. This conclusion will be based on the results of your model and should reflect what is observed in your graphs. • Summary: include at the end of your conclusion. Discuss error and how the lab could be improved.
