Higher Colleges of Technology • 12 Colleges in six centres across the Emirates • 16,000 students • More than 2,000 employees from more than 50 countries • Central Recruitment for all open vacancies across the 12 Colleges • More than 40 Screening Teams with over 300 members across the 12 Colleges • Screening Teams are responsible for reviewing and approving all candidates for vacancies across the system.

  3. August 1st 2005 – Present Recruitment Statistics Since the launch of HireInSight in March of 2005 almost 30,000 applications have been received.

User Feedback • This is a model for business processes for the whole system – if only we were this organized in other areas! • The new system is such a huge improvement and so easy to use that it seems churlish to point out any problems. • The new HireInSight system is absolutely great! How did we survive all these years without it? • …. the best thing to come out of HR since I've been in the system :) • Vast improvement on paper based method. • Well done, an excellent e-service! • ….fast, efficient and intuitive. • ….accessible when you need it; much better than paper files. It saves a lot of admin time. • I can see what’s going on elsewhere. It’s direct to my laptop – fast and immediate. • The way to go – it’s so much more time efficient and avoids the multiple hard copies going around the system internal mail. • I actually quite enjoy screening applications now! It’s quite a pleasant thing to do when I want to take a short break from my other work!
