Company Profile • Established in 1993,Zhejiang Konita New Materials Co.,Ltd. specializes in producing the positive PS plate , positive thermal CTP plate and UV-CTP plate(also the CTcP plate) ,as well as the chemicals for offset printing. • Konita had offered the OEM service for Konica,the famous Japanese company. Now it includes three factories in Wenzhou,Zhejiang province,with five advanced automatic production lines ,and more than 500 skilled workers. And our independent research center with more than 30 engineers keep us providing the superior products for our clients. • Konita was awarded the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 firstly and has always been the leading company in the national printing industry. • With more than 20 agents around China, our emphasis on quality has made our products popular throughout South-East Asia, South America, Europe and Africa . RR Donnelley and Cron have cooperated with us for years.

  3. 2010 sees a huge break through of Konita First of all, Konita had participated the IPEX 2010 in UK this May and made a wonderful success. Second, the third new factory , which covers 57000 squares meters ,has been completed and start producing CTP plate with high speed.The fifth whole automatic production line has been imported from UK with international advanced standard. Third, a new sales center has been set up in Shanghai, the largest port city and trade center in China.

Products • Positive thermal CTP plate― KTP • This positive acting plate for 830nm CTP systems is designed to meet the demands of sheet-fed and web printing, and performs excellent imaging quality and reliable printing behaviors. • Superior quality : High resolution and quick ink-water balance. • Easy to use:process under the daylight,wide latitude and excellent reliability. • Consistency: computerized equipments on production lines monitor over 50 production parameters to ensure batch-to- batch consistency. • Cost effective : Fast exposure speed whithout pre-heating and long run length .

Positive PS plate―KLP-SS & KLP-I • Konita KLP series positive pre-sensitized plate is designed for different kinds of offset commercial and web printing. • KLP-I is the first conventional PS plate since 1994 ,with the features of stable quality and excellent strong Alkalideveloping latitude , the run length is more than 100000. • KLP-SS is the best sold PS plate ,with the features of high sensitivity and resolution,and performs fast exposure speed. And it is compatible to the CTcP platesetter, the run length is more than 120000.
