Thehealthprofessionalbuildsa client-providerrelationshipwiththe patientatleast30daysbefore providingtheESAdocument. Thehealthprofessionalcarriesouta completeandhonestevaluation beforeapprovingthepersonfitfor ESAdocumentation.
