Else ad-hoc capacitation modules for partners of SIGOB network. CORPORATE OFFER OF THE DRALC “SIGOB” What appears here in the form of texts, outlines and instrumental description, is a summary of the UNDP's corporate offer concerning management for governability. Our mission is to develop working systems. We should not confuse this development with informatic implementation utilities, although our methods and techniques have a degree of concretion in them. The objective of the projects being promoted bye the regional, is to increase the capacities for management of the government as necessary to create and/or maintain the conditions for economic, social and judicial governability. The systems offered propitiates more transparent, efficient, and effective working processes in order to contribute to institutional development, particularly to that of the Presidencies of the Republic, Ministries of Foreign Relations, and other institutions of the Executive. You would find here a general and summarized presentation of approaches, methodologies, working procedures, and instruments, which are the result of the interaction between the UNDP regional project DRALC with different institutions in South America, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe. The result of this systematization allows the UNDP to make available for governments of the region an “Information and Management for Governability System” (SIGOB), which is enriched with each new national project fulfilled.
