    1. SONDA OROGASTRICA OBJETIVO: a) Asegurar la alimentacin enteral. b) Permitir el vaciamiento del contenido gstrico. c) Realizar un lavado gstrico. Rubio Soraya

    2. MATERIAL Bandeja Gasas Sonda gstrica k30- k31- k33 Material para fijar la sonda Jeringas Rubio Soraya

    3. TECNICA Posicin del paciente decbito dorsal. Lavado de manos. Medir el largo de la sonda, desde la comisura de los labios al lbulo de la oreja y al apndice xifoide. Verificar la posicin de la sonda. Fijar la sonda protegiendo la piel del bebe. Rotular la sonda. Registrar en hoja de enfermera. Rubio Soraya

    4. SONDA VESICAL OBJETIVOS: Evacuar vejiga. Control de flujo urinario. Rubio Soraya

    5. MATERIAL Sonda k33 o k35 Ampolla solucin fisiolgico Jeringas Guantes estriles Solucin desinfectante Colector estril Apsito autoadhesivo Gasas estriles Rubio Soraya

    6. TECNICA Lavado de manos y colocacin de guantes. Realizar higiene perineal. Descartar todo el material utilizado, lavarse las manos y colocarse guantes estriles. Asepsia de la zona perineal con antisptico, colocar compresa fenestrada repetir la asepsia Rubio Soraya
