Continued S2 - Homemade Soup, Triscuts (change to croutons dipped in oil + 150) S2 – 0% yogurt/creamer with cinnamon toast (use full fat Greek yogurt + 50-75 calories) M4 – Chicken, beans/rice, salsa, veggies, grapes (Add more unsalted butter to veggie and avocado + 150) S1 – Roasted parsnips or other vegetable (change to an S2 SF choc. banana w/ nuts +100)
