Start Print Process • Use the “Print” command from the Office Button or the File menu • This is important
Selecting the Printer • Be sure and select the “PrimoPDF” virtual printer • Select all Desired Options(Do not select “Print to File”) • Click OK
Creating the PDF file • Select the Screen or Print options(Default is best) • Use the “Save As” control options to “Ask when creating PDF” • To review the printout select option“Open PDF” • The PDF file is created
Storing The File • This opens the “SAVE AS” Dialogue Box • Select a Drive • Then a Folder • Type an Appropriate File Name • Then Save…
Save Options: • If a file with the same name exists in the same location you have two options… • Append(Add new pages to the existing file) • Overwrite(Replace the old file with the new one) • The Choice is up to you unless the instructor informs you otherwise
