  2. Toll-Free : 1-877-984-6848 When you enable Arlo Smart on your original Arlo, Arlo Pro, Arlo Pro 2, or Arlo Go cameras, you can create cloud activity zones to reduce unwanted notifications.

  3. Toll-Free : 1-877-984-6848 Note: When motion is detected, camera sends video to the cloud for processing to determine if motion occurred in the your cloud activity zones that you created. When your camera is operating on battery power, you might notice your battery depleting more than usual even though you don’t have a lot of recordings in your library.

  4. Toll-Free : 1-877-984-6848 To Set up Activity Zones: Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at arlo.netgear.com. Tap or click Settings > My Devices. Tap or click the camera that you want to create an activity zone for. Tap or click Video Settings > Create New Zone.Note: Zones are always rectangular.

  5. Toll-Free : 1-877-984-6848 To resize the zone, drag the corners of the zone. Tap or click and hold within the zone to reposition it. To customize the zone name, tap or click inside of the field next to the green circle. Enter a name for the zone and tap or click Done.  Tap or click Save.
