Understanding H1N1 (Swine Flu): Symptoms, Prevention, and Care

H1N1, commonly known as swine flu, presents symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills, and fatigue. In some cases, diarrhea and vomiting may also occur. The virus spreads through person-to-person contact or by touching contaminated surfaces. To protect yourself and others, practice good hygiene by carrying tissues, disposing of them immediately after use, and washing hands regularly with soap or sanitizer. If you experience symptoms, seek medical attention promptly.
