  3. Introduction • My group decided to do the work about sport because it is important to lead a healthy life.It helps us to be mentally balanced and develops our intelectual capacities.

  4. What is Sport? • Sport is an activity that is determined by specific rules. • Its main goal is the competivity. • Sports refer to activities that develop our physical capacities.

  5. What is Sport? • In any sport there are only two alternatives. You win or lose. • Any sport helps our mental capacity.

  6. What is Sport? • Sport is commonly defined as an organized, competitive and skillful physical activity which requires fair play.
