  1. What Are The Side Effects of Radiotherapy For Neck Cancer Treatment? Radiotherapy is a neck cancer treatment that uses high-energy radiation to kill cancer cells. It can be effective in treating cancer but can cause side effects.  Like other conventional cancer treatments, radiotherapy can damage the cancer cells and healthy cells of the treatment area and cause side effects.
