  2. Definitions Complementary Angles – Two angles whose sum is 90 (or a right angle). Each of the two angles is called the complement of the other Supplementary Angles – Two angles whose sum is 180 (or a straight angle). Each of the two angles is called the supplement of the other

  3. Come up with different complementary and supplementary angles. Go over the two example proofs in the book on page 67

  4. The measure of one of two complementary angles is three greater than twice the measure of the other. Find the measure of each.

  5. The measure of the supplement of an angle is 60 less than 3 times the measure of the complement of the angle. Find the measure of the complement.

  6. Find the supplement of 98°16’45’’. The supplement of an angle is four times the complement of the angle. Find the measure of the complement.

  7. Homework Pg. 69 # 2-7, 10-13, 21-24
