TROUBLESHOOT HP OFFICEJET J3680 CARTRIDGE ERROR CHECK THE COMPATIBILITY OF CARTRIDGE IIF the HP Officejet J3680 Displays a Cartridge Error, it can be possible if the ink cartridge is not compatible. Check whether the cartridge that you have installed must be correct. YOU MUST CLEAN CARTRIDGE CONTACTS The cartridges may encounter with dust or debris that interferes with the normal functioning of the device. In that situation, you need to clean off the cartridge contacts. RE-INSTALL THE CARTRIDGES Handle the ink cartridges very carefully. It is always advised not to touch the copper-colored contacts or ink nozzles. Avoid reapplying the tape to the cartridge.
