Maruti Suzuki slips 2% on reports of Suzuki Plc trimming FY20 guidance ! Shares of Maruti Suzuki slipped 2% on the BSE in the afternoon session after media reports said that Suzuki Plc slashed FY20 net sales guidance by 10%, profit guidance by 30% and operating income guidance by 39.4%. The Japanese auto major further said that it is cutting forecasts due to a decrease in Japan production and Indian auto slowdown, the media report added. RBI gives final nod to set up Kerala Bank ! The Kerala government will now be able to set up its own bank by merging district co-operative banks as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) gave the final approval for the move. The proposed "Kerala Bank" will be largest banking network in the state. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said the "Kerala Bank" would be formed amalgamating the district co-operative banks (DCBs) with Kerala State Co-operative Bank."
