Captain Steven Sabo served in the police department for over twenty five years and rose to the rank of Detective Captain in the Criminal Investigation Bureau. In 1984, he joined the Police Academy in Bergen County, New Jersey and graduated second in his class. He started working in the police department as a Patrol Officer and rose through the ranks quickly.

  1. Captain Steven Sabo Retired Police Captain Steven Sabo is a retired Police Captain with many years’ experience in the police department. Joined the Englewood, NJ Police Department in 1984 as a patrol officer.

  3. Captain Steven SaboExperience in Law Enforcement Captain Steven Sabo retired from the police department after becoming the Detective Captain in the Criminal Investigation Bureau. He is experienced and certified in several areas including Defensive Driving, First Aid, CPR, and in the use of Automated External Defibrillators. For thirty-one years, he has been a member of the New Jersey State Policeman’s Benevolent Association Local 216.
