  3. Most people tend to regard the Patriot Act(s) as Intrusive, unconstitutional, and overbearing on the part of the government. It was designed specifically enhance the enforcement capabilities of several law enforcement agencies, such as the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, and many other government agencies.
