A wonderfully balanced wine, on the pallet with a velvety, lingering finish ANALYSIS: Alcohol level : 15 % Residual Sugar : 7 grams per liter Total Acidity : 5.53 grams per liter pH : 3.37

Chenin Blanc Chardonnay CULTIVAR: 80% Chenin Blanc & 20% Chardonnay VINTAGE: 2008 COUNTRY: South Africa REGION: Western Cape WINEMAKER: Nicky Versveld & Abraham de Villiers TYPE OF CLIMATE: Warm, dry summers. Cold wet winters TASTING NOTES: This masterfully blended white wine has lovely pineapple and ripe melon flavors on the nose, following through to a limy, full and smooth middle-palate in the mouth. Fresh exuberant wine when chilled. ANALYSIS: Alcohol level: 14 % Residual Sugar: 11 grams per liter Total Acidity: 6.10 grams per liter pH: 3.56

Mediterranean climate TASTING NOTES: This wine has lively strawberry and violet aromas on the nose combined with a fresh fruity taste to yield an accessible styled wine. ANALYSIS: Alcohol level : 13,5 % Residual Sugar : 12 grams per liter Total Acidity : 6 grams per liter pH : 3.35
