The idea was blessed by Orenburg and Buzuluk metropolitan VALENTIN and got support of civil society of Orenburg region. The idea of creating FORPOST Complex was born several years ago after the tournament of martial arts named “Teplo Dushi Bogatyrskoy” (warmth of bogatyr's heart) which in 2007 gained the status of Russian national and we consolidated in this idea during the festival “Warmth of children's hearts” for children-orphans of Orenburg region.
Recently His Holiness the Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirillblessed "Forpost" project.
For this project realization Orenburg charitable fund “DOBRO” was created. Vladimir TERNOVSKIY became the president of this fund and active coworker of Father Alexander, the idea creator of the complex “FORPOST”
Orientation for support of children and their development, for family troubles preventive measures and supporting of the families in difficult situations, families with children – invalids; Application of the modern technologies and innovations while solving of orphan problems; Aims and tasks orientation to the best results. FUND'S CHARITABLE PROGRAMME INCLUDES:
There are all the necessary conditions for simultaneous stay of 220 orphans from 7 till 18 years old. The complex will include two orthodox christians churches, a dwelling building, educational studies, computer classrooms, a library, gym halls, a water-pool and open sports areas.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME provides not only general disciplines, moral and patriotic up-bringing - special attention will be given to children's physical growth and development, to their inclusion to sport and healthy way of living. Martial arts will become the basis of sport training, that will be a guarantor of up-bringing of strong personalities, physically and mentally healthy people ready to self-supporting life, work and service for Russia benefit.

The construction of children's orthodox patriotic complex FORPOST named after Saint Blessed Knyaz Alexander Nevskiy and Saint Venerable Iliya Muromets is carried out in the settlement Vesenniy of Orenburg district.
Many celebrities entered the Board of Trustees of this project. Alexey SHTURMIN, Alexander INSHAKOV and Vladimir MATORIN are among them.
On the 22nd of February 2009 at the place of complex FORPOST erection the intercessory prayer service was carried out.
The project trustee, the president of Bump artists Association of the Russian Federation, secretary general of the National Karate Federation Alexander INSHAKOV took part in the ceremony.
On the 5th of July 2009 Metropolitan of Orenburg and Buzuluk VALENTIN carried out the consecration procedure of Lay down Stone of the first complex building, that is the Church-over-the Gates of Saint Knyaz VLADIMIR equal to the apostles.

At the present time the architecture project of the complex is established, communication lines are conducting on the marked land area and the construction of a church and a tower-chapel is started.
