  3. 2. • Cell membrane - a structure that forms the outer boundary of all cells. It allows certain materials to move into and out of the cell. • Taboo words – move, boundary

  4. 3. • Tissue - A group of similar cells that work together to do the same job • Taboo words – similar, together

  5. 4. • Biogenesis - The idea that living things come only from other living things. • Taboo words - living

  6. 5. • Spontaneous generation - The idea that living things come from NON-living things. • Taboo words – living
