  2. NOAM CHOMSKY “Crear problemas y después ofrecer soluciones. Este método también es llamado “PROBLEMA-REACCIÓN-SOLUCIÓN”. Se crea un problema, una “situación” prevista para causar reacción en el público, a fin de que éste sea el mandante de las medidas que se desea hacer aceptar.”

  3. PROBLEMA,REACCIÓN, SOLUCIÓN • Primero consiste en crear un PROBLEMA (atentados, terrorismo, terroristas) y se acusa a alguien directamente por ello. Después se difunde masivamente en los medios, tal como interesa que sea escuchado, visionado e interpretado. De esta manera se consigue la REACCIÓN del público deseada (pánico, terror, angustia, inseguridad). El público pasa a considerar que algo debe hacerse para asegurar su seguridad. Finalmente se ofrece la SOLUCIÓN al problema que se ha creado (nuevas leyes, guerras preventivas, etc…). Fruto de ello se crea un nuevo ORDEN, su propio ORDEN que les permite sacar beneficios, de todo tipo, así como desplegar su agenda
