Uof T Faculty of Medicine’s TELUShosted technology event • Keynote speaker (Dr. Larry Afrin, MUSC) and knowledge at the point of care • New approach to learning is semantically loaded digital publishing—in the workplace • Next Steps: clinical automation between distributed teaching sites has been benchmarked. • Saint John NB has a stage 4 rank, whereas Capital Health, NS has a stage 3 rank, and elsewhere in NS 2.5 rank. In NB, medical students use Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) but do not get that exposure anywhere in NS.
