Describe the Homeless Outreach Engagement Process and how it benefits Veterans; 2. Explain how Veterans are served through SSVF & HUD-VASH Permanent Housing Placement 3.

People Assisting the Homeless (PATH) Veteran Connections Provides support homeless veterans, families and individuals need to successfully transition from living in unstable housing situations to thriving on their own 1. PATH launched new Housing Partnership Program (HPP) to provide professional landlord and property management care 2. Further develop our partnerships with new and current landlords in LA 3.
