  9. Mathematics Recommendations • Criteria -CCSS Math Placement Test -OAA Scores -Teacher Recommendation • Work Habits • Mathematical Disposition • Essential Skills • Class Assessment Scores *Final check of Math placement is done in August 2013 after receiving May 2013 OAA scores

  11. High School Course Offerings • Receive high school credit • Final grade becomes part of high school GPA • Required to take High School exam each semester • Exam is 25% of 2nd and 4th quarter grades • No exam exemptions at the middle school

  14. Notification of Foreign Language • Eligibility is indicated on the Scheduling Sheet • Make sure student has made an alternate selection marked on 8th Grade Scheduling Sheet • Questions? – Contact team teachers and/or counselor
