  2. Exploring Collections of MCIT Library Consortium • Libraries under MCIT subscribes 376 journals in ICT field. • User can search and access quickly at one point, what is published within these 376 +Journals?

  3. Exploring across collection of Libraries under MCIT Library Consortium • All the 376 titles are subscribed by either one or more than one member participants. • We pay for one title and shared among all the 10 participating members leads to save maoney and time.

  4. What is JCCC@MCIT? J-Gate Custom Content for Consortia • A customized gateway and search tool developed for the users of the Member libraries of MCIT Libraries available at their desktop. • Indexes and updates every week, articles published in 376 journals subscribed by MCIT Libraries and 170 open access journals • A Web Interface for • Browsing TOC (Table of Contents) of journals • Searching by author, title, keywords, and abstract • Getting full-text of the Articles online • Requesting photocopies of articles from any MCIT Libraries. • Creating Alerts through MY TOC service.

  5. Journals subscribed at • NIC • DIT • CDAC • CDOT has been included and many to be added in future

  6. Apart from the 4 contributing members • Resources to be shared among STQC, STPI, DOEACC, ERNET, CCA, C-MET, SAMEER
