  2. OUR TARGET GROUPS Apart from Auto Rickshaw Drivers, our Intra-City target groups for Qute are : LARGE INSTITUTES AND CAMPUSES PROSPECTIVE CAB DRIVERS & BAXI SEGMENT (UBER MOTO, OLA BIKE) PINK QUTE - WOMEN TAXI COMPANIES AND NGO’s (TRAINING WOMEN DRIVERS)

  3. TARGET GROUPS You can’t hit a target if you don’t know what it is! LARGE INSTITUTES AND CAMPUSES Qute can be an attractive option for potential drivers on Taxi Aggregator platforms such as Ola and Uber, as Qute will provide them higher margins due to the superior mileage. If possible, a separate option can be available on the App like Ola Qute which will have lower fare. Qute can solve the transportation problem of extremely large campuses of institutions and corporate in our country. Since Qute is environment friendly it will be preferred over other modes of transport in the Campuses to commute. A Pink Qute can be targeted to the various Women Taxi Companies such as Viira Cabs (Mumbai) and Sakha (Delhi) in India. Qute is a safer option than an auto rickshaw and women driving Pink Qute would definitely attract more women passengers.   4. CITIES FOR QUTE LAUNCH HYDERABAD GUWAHATI JAIPUR Auto rickshaws relative to the population are not enough in Jaipur. Qute can capitalise on the well established tourism industry in Jaipur. Tourists will feel more secured in a close Qute and the luggage can be carried easily with the large boot space of Qute. Rise of Hyderabad as corporate hub in the recent years. Massive popularity of Auto Rickshaws and shuttle services with which Qute can compete. Less number of auto rickshaws, inadequate public transportation system and enormous success of Ola and Uber in Guwahati reveals the gap which can be utilised by the Qute. Launch of Qute in North East will be of strategic importance to Bajaj. MUMBAI DELHI - NCR Lack of proper public transportation system in Mumbai. Over reliance on Mumbai Local by the Mumbaikars. Tuk-Tuks are widely used which can be replaced by the more convenient and safer Qute. Rapid urbanisation in the NCR Region: Noida and Gurugram. Women Safety issues in the Auto rickshaws plying in the Delhi NCR region can be addressed by Qute. Qute for Last Mile Connectivity at DMRC Metro Stations.
