Scheme features • Margin – 30% of the value of the warehouse receipt, value at market price as periodically advised by NHBC OR 25% of the MSP declared by State/Central Government whichever is lower. • Eligible Finance- 70% of the value of WHR VALUED AT Market Price or 75% of the minimum support price declared by State/Central Government whichever is lower. • Processing Charges – ‘Nil’ if loan is availed by the customer & Rs.300 per Lac in case the loan is sanctioned but the borrower does not avail • Insurance – Comprehensive insurance to be obtained. Cost to be borne by the warehouse receipt owner/borrower
