Biography • Dr. Steve Skinner joined Bell Helicopter in December of 2005.  He is the Chief Systems Engineer for Future Vertical Lift, Joint Multi-role Technology Demonstrator (JMR TD) Phase 1 effort. Prior to the JMR TD program, Steve held leadership positions at Bell as Director of Systems Engineering and Engineering Operations, Air Vehicle Director and Chief Engineer. • Steve also serves as Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University (SMU) where he has been instructing graduate courses in Systems Engineering since 2008. • Prior to Bell, Steve held leadership and technical positions developing weapon systems with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Raytheon, and Texas Instruments.
