It consists of four modules, namely ViewCast, Designer, Destresser and Microstructure. Experto-ViewCast module simulates mould filling and solidification for different casting processing. The Designer, Destresser and Microstructuremodules simulate the evolution of the thermal stress, distortion and the phase transformation during the cooling or heat treatment processing. In addition, the meshing and VTK visualization parts are also integrated in the Experto software as the pre- and post-process. Experto software is not only a numerical simulation software, but also an auxiliary designing toolkit for optimizing your casting processing. The expert programs (riser, gating) and the friendly user interface make the casting system design become a simple and easy job. With the help of Experto software, you can obtain a sound casting in the first time, therefore, greatly shorten the response time and reduce the total costs. Experto-Microstructure In the latest version, Experto provides the microstructure module to predict the microstructure evolution in the castings due to the phase transformation during the cooling or the heating treatment process.
