Aims of Session • provide updates on the work EADT is progressing nationally • share learning from NHS Boards from studies of patients presenting at A&E • share approaches to pathway development
Role of EADT Provide direction and support to NHS Boards to: • Deliver local improvement trajectories for reducing rates of attendances at A&E • Sustain the maximum 4 hour wait from arrival to admission ..... • Improve whole system winter planning
