My Context • St Mary’s College • 11-18 Catholic Voluntary Aided School • 1250+ in Years 7-11 and 350 in Sixth Form • Hull and East Riding catchment area- 13 school buses • 44 different languages spoken in the school. Major school demographic change in the last five years • BSF School- Sport has a strategic role as part of a “World Class” approach • One hour lunchtime • Headteacher brief of the development of Inter -House sports competitions with a competitive edge • Background of significant changes to funding in • physical education and school sport
