Empowering Communities: 2006 Black Church Week of Prayer Impact Evaluation

This report assesses the outcomes of the 2006 Black Church Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS, highlighting improved attitudes and knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS and the need to expand outreach efforts for a larger impact.   7. 2006 Black Church Week of Prayer Overall Conclusions • The 2006 Black Week Church of Prayer: • Improved attitudes and knowledge concerning HIV/AIDS • Reached intended audience as well as individuals not already involved in CCON activities • Received very favorable overall satisfaction ratings CCON should expand outreach efforts to reach a larger population. The overwhelmingly positive response suggests a valuable contribution to the larger community would ensue.
