Date : 27thApril, 2013 (Saturday) Time : 3.00pm – 5.00pm Venue : Sentul Buddhist Temple, KL Talk Synopsis:Parenting is an art of relating yourself to your children. However, when we are playing the parents' roles, we tend to forget how to be present with our children but to treat them as part of the daily routine. We are caught in the wheels of earning money, paying the bills and sending the children away for different classes, etc. When we try to relate ourselves to the children, it ends up throwing tantrum to them. What is mindful parenting? How can we learn to be mindful while we relate to the children? Learn the importance of mindful parenting in raising your children.  Speaker’s Profile: Ms. Liu Moy Yub (May) is a clinical psychologist from the Center for Psychological and Counselling Services, HELP University.
