  1. JANKS MORTON is the founder of iYAGO ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, LLC, a multimedia production company. JANKS MORTON has been in the entertainment industry for more than 20 years In delivering his first feature length documentary, WHAT BLACK MEN THINK, JANKS MORTON took on the role as producer, director, cameraman, lighting, editing, mixing, entrepreneur, graphic artist, actor, inspirational speaker and more. His tribute to the perseverance of a cultural tradition "WHAT BLACK MEN THINK", took nine months to complete. The testimonials of the current participants in this event, and their poignant recollections of those past, inspired the need to record the dynamics and significance of a heritage that is slowly being forgotten. He states “That I would have to make a film, just to prove that black men are not in the dire state that most media outlets would have you believe, demonstrates the confusion that exists in our community today”. JANKS MORTON has produced his latest film: WHAT BLACK MEN THINK: about his personal journey to discover the genesis of the divisions in 21st century black relationships. It is now circulating at several film festivals, and will be available August 6th, for DVD purchase via AMAZON. JANKS MORTON is currently promoting WHAT BLACK MEN THINK through college tour dates (TBA), and public screenings throughout the country. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was brought to a deeper understanding of himself, his people's history, and the nature of his ancestor's achievements and challenges in Washington, DC. JANKS MORTON currently resides in Upper Marlboro, MD.

  2. IYAGO ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PRESENTS “WHAT BLACK MEN THINK” AN IN DEPTH VIEW OF HOW MYTHS, STEREOTYPES AND MISREPRESENTATIONS RENDER BLACK MEN NON-NECESSITIES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AND FAMILIES… In the most provocative Black Film since “ROOTS”, Janks Morton presents a searing examination of the role that myths, stereotypes and misperceptions have played in the decimation of modern era Black relationships, and how the symbiotic relationship between Government, the Media and Special Interests perpetuates misinformation to further marginalize the role of Black Men in society.  Since the triumphs of the Civil Rights Legislations of the early 1960’s, havoc and disarray has been wreaked on the Black Family with a specific devastation on the Black Man. With the negative imagery of the Media, the failed policy of the Great Society, and modern era Black Leadership abandoning tenets that historically held the community together, a new form of mental slavery has perpetuated an “UNDECLARED CIVIL WAR” in the Black Community…
