觀霧山水人文. 新竹五峰鄉觀霧 Aug. 1, 2010 攝影：葉文林. 往觀霧途經清泉山谷探視少帥張學良度過幽居歲月之故居紀念館. 觀霧遊客中心的管理站. 觀霧檜山巨木群步道全程約 4 公里，部分是以前的台車路，坡度算是平緩。 2800 公尺附近可見五棵千年紅檜。. 剛開始步上步道即已雲霧繚繞. 尚未處理完的倒樹. 山高加上水氣豐沛，格外涼爽。. 黃花鳳仙花. 華八仙. 繩索吊橋. 山澗飛瀑. 潺潺水流. 激流. 小橋流水. 杉木林. 一號巨木樹高 47 公尺、胸圍 16.3 公尺、胸徑 5.19 公尺、樹齡 2000 年。.

觀霧檜山巨木群步道全程約4公里，部分是以前的台車路，坡度算是平緩。 2800公尺附近可見五棵千年紅檜。
一號巨木樹高47公尺、胸圍16.3公尺、胸徑5.19公尺、樹齡2000年。一號巨木樹高47公尺、胸圍16.3公尺、胸徑5.19公尺、樹齡2000年。
三號巨木樹高26公尺、胸圍5.53公尺、胸徑1.75公尺。三號巨木樹高26公尺、胸圍5.53公尺、胸徑1.75公尺。
四號巨木樹高33公尺、胸圍9.2公尺、胸徑2.93公尺。四號巨木樹高33公尺、胸圍9.2公尺、胸徑2.93公尺。
