High-rise Pack Loading • Place nozzle on hose and fold over about 4 to 6 inches past each end of pack.
Accordion fold half of hose complement. • Drop down and fold the balance. • Last section of hose is stacked with female coupling left out.
Velcro ring on end straps is placed at corner of pack • Belts are secured around pack. • Tails secure to Velcro around pack.
Velcro ring on end of straps is placed at corner of pack. • Strap is tensioned while holding thumb on strap and using buckle as a jack. • Pull strap tight and re-jack if necessary until desired tightness is achieved.
Securing the Gated-Wye • The Gated-wye can be pre-connected. • Secured by passing one of the black webs loops through the wye then through the other black web. • Anchor with the yellow web-Velcro.
The wye can be secured to the pack by itself. • Passing the black webs through the wye and then securing with the yellow web-Velcro. • To release, rip away the Velcro and pull the Wye loose.
