  2. Welcome • Agenda for call • What’s Happened Since Last Meeting • ADA-LN plans for the next grant cycle • Conversation with Laura Owens – President, TransCen • Future trainings, meetings and ADA Update dates

  3. What’s Happened Since Last Webinar • PA-OVR ADA – LN held in State College, PA • Planning for an additional ADA-LN training in August • Mid-Atlantic ADA Info Center proposal submitted

  4. Plans for new grant cycle….. Three areas of focus: • Expansion • Development and support • Innovation

  5. Expansion • Two new in-person ADA-LN trainings a year • Pursue relationships with businesses, state agencies, non-profits, and CILs with the goal of providing organization specific ADA-LN training • Reach out to Area Agencies on Aging and Area Disability Resource Centers within the region – identify liaisons within the aging services community to better provide ADA information and training

  6. Development and Support • Three webinars per year • One in-person training • CIL support • ADA Update • Provide feedback on training as requested • Access to latest ADA resources

  7. Innovation • Support efforts to collaborate locally and regionally through innovation projects • Establish three blended online learning Communities of Practice • Transition • State and local government ADA issues • Promoting employment of people with disabilities
