Talk.Play. and other parenting strategies use guidelines to inform and engage parents Child developmental guidelines are used as the basis for ALL early learning programs Professional Development is centered on the guidelines to inform and engage providers Guidelines Parents understand K-readiness and receive info on child development through WaKIDS WaKIDS used by EL teachers and throughout early elementary to guide instruction WaKIDS used to effectively transition children from Pre-K to Kindergarten WaKIDS Parents have access to info about the quality of programs, child development and parenting information Children in childcare, Head Start, and ECEAP are all receiving consistent, quality programs Professional development will be required, tracked, and supported consistently across ALL early learning programs QRIS Foundation Finance system, enabling policies and procedures, data, and communications
