Collaborating with Support Workers to Enhance Our Playground Experience

In this initiative, we work closely with pupil support workers to evaluate and improve our playground. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging space for all children. Through discussions and assessments, we collaboratively develop a playground charter that establishes expectations and guidelines to ensure a positive play environment. This process enhances the children's sense of ownership and responsibility towards their shared play space, fostering a community spirit while addressing any concerns that arise.
