Assessment of Luciferase Reporter Activity in Raw264.7 Cells with C/EBP Beta 3' UTR
This supplementary figure presents the luciferase reporter activity assessment in Raw264.7 cells transfected with psiCHECK2 constructs. One construct bears the C/EBP beta 3’ UTR, while the other contains a mutant version with a disrupted miR-155 target site. Cells were treated with 100 ng/ml LPS for 18 hours. Results are expressed as mean ± SD from triplicate experiments, with statistical significance denoted (***) for p < 0.001. The data aids in understanding the regulatory role of miR-155 in the context of inflammatory responses.

Raw264.7 *** Supplementary Figure 1. Assessment of luciferase reporter activity in Raw264.7 cells transfected with either the Renilla/firefly luciferase psiCHECK2 construct harbouring the c/ebp Beta 3´ UTR, or the psiCHECK2 construct c/ebp Beta 3’ UTR Mut with a mutated miR-155 target site (position 554-561; AGCAUUAA) before treatment with 100 ng/ml LPS for 18h. Values represent mean ±SD (n=3) (*** indicates p< 0.001). Figure 1 Supplementary (Worm, Stenvang et al., 2009)
