E B I B Does OA work – IsEBIBpopular? • Yes, EBIB is one of the most often read and used Polish LIS periodical. • Articles published in Bulletin are cited • (citations in 4 Polish LIS journals: 2006-42, 2007-28, 2008-21) • Authors are keen on publishing in Bulletin EBIB • EBIB was subject of: • scholarly articles • conference papers • (Aneta Ostrowska, Informetric evaluation of Bulletin EBIB, Inforum 2010: 16th Conference on Profesional Information Resources, Prague, May 25-27, 2010) • master dissertations • (Pawel Bigosiński, Bulletin EBIB and its infulence on library environment in Poland, University of Wrocław, 2007)

  18. E B I B An English version The Open Society Institute grant - 46 texts from Bulletin EBIB 2002 were translated into English and published on-line

  19. E B I B How do we work? We work and communicate voluntarily and remotely 25 team members – 6 cities

  20. E B I B What tools do we use? To create EBIB content: CMS – Joomla databases (php scripts) MS Office Open Office To communicate: e-mail phone Skype personal meetings ….just whatever works 
