  7. Dynamic Tower – Dubai This will be the worlds first rotating skyscraper. 80 stories tall, the building will house 76 wind turbines to generate its own electricity. There will also be a large elevator located in the center of the building in order for you to park your car in your personal garage on your own floor! Apartments will be located in the top floors offering a 360 degree view of the city.
