  18. Best Practices for Maximum Impact Embed the Learning Exchange in your standard program and processes. Plan initial and ongoing communications to staff and learners. Identify a champion and involve staff members on the ground. Take a course yourself, so you can share the process and benefits with your learners. Demonstrate how to log on to and navigate the site for first time learners. Walk through a course together and discuss how they can get the most from this resource. Use reports to monitor usage and follow up accordingly. When possible, offer both online and face-to-face training to bring the concepts to life and offer deeper skill building. Reach out to your Accenture local office for volunteer facilitators if needed. Keep training plan to a manageable list. Offer incentives to complete training plan in a given timeframe. Encourage new users to complete a course within the first week, as they will be more likely to complete their entire training plan. Use online training to fill gaps when learners are not able to attend classroom training.

  19. How is the Training Plan Set Up? What knowledge and skills do your learners need to build as part of your program? Which courses address those gaps? • Use one of our base training plans as-is or adapt one to your needs • Create an entirely new training plan Identify order of courses and whether they are required/recommended; we will set up the training plan Learners can track their progress, earn badges, and print a Certificate of Completion Learners can take additional courses too Training plan contains only online courses/resources, not classroom courses

  20. How do learners get access to our site? • If you have a class/cohortof learners: • Complete onboarding spreadsheet with user information: first name, last name, email address, and location • Guarantees accurate rollup reporting for the organization/location • If you have an ad hoc group of learners: • Send self-registration link with instructions to enter organization/location • Risk of incomplete rollup reporting due to users not entering organization/location accurately

  21. How are LEARNERS supported?
