  3. 制备步骤 • 25%的PEI刮在无纺布上250μm • 在10℃的水中浸1h • 用5%(w/v)乙二胺甲醇溶液交联30min • 用清水去除膜表面的残留液体,最后用去离子水清洗膜表面,用滤纸把膜表面擦干 • 用2% (w/v)MPD浸2min,在空气中晾干 • 用0.1% (w/v)TMC浸1/2min,在通风橱中吹干 • 在烘箱中100℃下干燥20min

  8. 结论 1.界面聚合2min的纳滤膜比界面聚合1min的纳滤膜的截留 率有所提高; 2.界面聚合2min的纳滤膜的中间层呈指状孔。

  9. 下一步工作计划 从SEM图可以看出,PEI中间层较厚,这也是通量较低的原因之一,所以考虑把PEI减薄到200μm。
